Delivery & Returns

  • Our SOUNDS TO HEAVEN products are all made in England, some in house in our studio others are supplied from outside. Once your order is placed we will aim to send it to your chosen address within a week.

  • Your order will be shipped in recyclable boxes or compostable bags.

    Shipping charges to the Uk will vary but be no greater than £20 depending on your order.

    We also ship world wide. Shipping costs will vary.

    If you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the UK please note all additional taxes and fee are the customers responsibility as these are not included within the delivery cost.

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received your item. Contact us with your order number and query and we will guide you with the next steps. Please note we do not offer free return shipping.

    Once we have received your return and everything is in order, we will refund you your money.

    Please help us save the environment from unnecessary carbon emissions by reducing the amount of returns made.

  • Each Garment is made to order by Natascha in the Uk.

    Once your order has been placed please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be made and delivered.

    If you want to make any changes or cancel your order, these can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at info.bankart@gmail.com with your order number and any changes you would like to make to the order, we will then confirm we have received your amendments.

  • All orders are commissioned by the customer and tailor to your requirements once the payment has been made, consequently we are unable to offer any refunds. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we can see how we can help you.

    If you would like any alterations made to your garment please contact us with more details and we can advise and quote any alterations fees. Once this is confirmed please post back garment with tracked service (this cost is the responsibility of the customer). Once we have received your payment we will alter your garment and return to you.
