Size Guide

No body shape is exactly the same. Thus for most of our collection instead of ordering a size we ask for your measurements and tailor our patterns to work for you. (You can fill in our measurements form when adding an item to your basket). Please provide your actual measurements, not the measurements of what you want the garment to be.

You can refer to our diagram to understand each measuring point.

There is a section at the bottom of the measurement form which asks for any other helpful information. This is your chance to let us know the following. For example:

  • Where you would like the hem of the garment to end. Please specify from your High point shoulder (HPS).

  • Any key features that make it hard for off the rail clothes to fit you properly. Key examples are, I have wide hips, broad shoulders, long torso, short legs etc.

If you are unsure of anything or have questions feel free to contact us and we would love to help guide you.

1. Bust : Circumference around your bust at the widest part.

2. Waist : Circumference around your natural waist. This is roughly in line with your belly button.

3. Hip : Circumference around the widest point at your hips

4. Shoulder to shoulder : Across your back from left to right shoulder socket.

5. Arm Length : From top of your shoulder to where your wrist ends and hand begins.
